At Gemz Entertainment, we are committed to providing a great experience to all our users. Before subscribing, we offer a 3-day free trial so you can explore the Gemz platform and evaluate whether it meets your expectations. Please read the following refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Free Trial Period
All new users are eligible for a 3-day free trial, during which no charges will be made. You are free to cancel your subscription at any time during this trial period through our billing partner, Paddle, without incurring any charges.
If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be automatically charged $99.99 USD for the first month of subscription.
2. Monthly Subscription Charges
After the trial period ends, Gemz subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis at $99.99 USD per month. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current billing cycle.
Because of the trial period offered, Gemz does not issue refunds once a subscription payment has been processed, except where required by law. Users are responsible for managing their subscription status and canceling it if they no longer wish to be billed.
3. How to Cancel Your Subscription
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time via Paddle’s self-service portal. You will retain access to Gemz premium features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be applied once you cancel, but we do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a billing cycle.

4. Billing Disputes
If you believe you were charged in error or experience any billing issues, we recommend the following steps:
- First, review your account and cancellation history.
- Then, contact Paddle’s customer service directly.
- Alternatively, you may contact us at info@gemz.mobi and we’ll assist in resolving the issue or direct you to Paddle support.
Please note that initiating a chargeback with your payment provider without contacting us first may lead to the suspension of your Gemz account.
5. Exceptions
Refund requests may be considered in exceptional cases, such as:
- Duplicate charges
- Technical issues that prevented access to the platform (and were not resolved after support intervention)
All such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and approval is not guaranteed.
6. Changes to This Policy
Gemz reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website. We encourage users to review this page periodically.
